FOUNDER PROFILE
Tom Lambshead
Director | Chartered Town Planner | MSc, MRTPI, MIPI
Tom is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years’ experience advising developers, property owners and corporate occupiers on planning and development matters across the UK.
Previously a Director within JLL’s Planning & Development team in London, Tom started his career in Council planning departments before moving into consultancy. He has extensive experience in developing planning strategies, securing planning permissions and providing commercially focused advice on complex property and development projects.
His experience spans a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in commercial, industrial and employment development, corporate estates, education projects and the redevelopment and optimisation of existing properties.
THE PRACTICE
Through Lambshead Planning & Development, Tom provides clients with direct access to senior-level expertise, combining the experience of a major international consultancy with the flexibility and personal service of an independent practice.
Outside of planning, Tom enjoys following Bristol City and making painfully slow progress learning Dutch.
